'Welcome to our place - we've taken care of everything'

Since our inception in 1994, Aspects of Ireland has been the preferred Destination Management Company for some of the major players in the travel and corporate world - Carlson Wagonlit, American Express, Kuoni, Coca Cola, IBM, Deutsche Bank, Wyeth. We have also worked on many exciting projects with small independent companies like ourselves.

We have catered for a broad range of programmes: the intimate golfing trip for key clients, a haunted castle experience for the board of directors, inspirational team building for the sales force and large international conferences. No matter how large or small the event is - our focus is that each client gets everything they hope for out of their Irish experience.

From the quality of the programme to the hospitality you encounter, it's our job to ensure that you are more than satisfied. We recognise that requirements vary so our itineraries are diverse, well researched and tailor-made to suit your particular needs.

Brian always ensures a good start to the week in Aspects of Ireland with his Monday morning joke. Brian is our sports, politics and wine correspondent, keeping us up to date on sporting events and the latest political goings on. Since co-founding Aspects of Ireland with Aideen, Brian has become a real part of Irish Tourism with his passion and pride of nation benefiting not only the company but the whole island. Brian was president of the Irish Tour Operators Association from 2005-2007 and has been a member of SITE for over 10 years.

We enjoy his great sense of humour in the office but he is usually busy travelling all over Ireland and abroad, ensuring our clients are well looked after.

After Aideen and Brian, Sheenagh is the longest standing member of Aspects of Ireland. She is certainly the Mum of the team; Mondays wouldn't be the same without her home made morning scones. Her laughter is greatly missed on her work-from-home days but fortunately she is only a skype away. Sheenagh brings a wealth of experience to Aspects of Ireland, now working for over 15 years in Destination Management. Her efficiency and promptness of turning requests into quotes is unbeatable.
Sheenagh is known to really enjoy concerts and has a slight obsession with George Michael. Matthew and Lily are her true pride and joy but when time allows she also enjoys gardening and flower arranging.

Meggan has been with Aspects of Ireland since 2014, and works in our MICE department. Passionate about all things creative and digital, Meggan loves creating eye-catching visual proposals and marketing content, and keeps us all up to date on what’s happening in the world of social media. Meggan is known for her keen eye for detail; some call it perfectionism, she prefers to call it precision! A proud Leitrim Lady, Meggan will stop at nothing until everyone knows the beauty of her home county in the North West of Ireland!

Raffaela has been living in Dublin for almost 10 years and joined Aspects of Ireland in 2016. She looks after our leisure business and is undoubtedly a breath of fresh air to the company. Raffaela has worked in different areas of the tourism industry for the past 14 years, including reservations, sales and business development positions in Ireland, Italy and Spain.
Raffaela has a passion for languages and travel – she has visited every corner of the Emerald Isle, most of Europe and different countries around the world too. We tend to say that she has a “small tent” at the airport, because when she’s not welcoming groups there, she will be there with her own suitcase ready to leave on another adventure.

Aideen Loftus                                                                                                Aideen Loftus- Managing DirectorThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Aideen co-founded Aspects of Ireland with Brian in 1994. Her wealth of experience in the tourist industry started in Frankfurt where she spent many years working for the Irish Tourist Board in the German, Swiss and Austrian markets.

Following this she returned home to Ireland to develop her expertise in the field of Destination Management. Inspiration flows from Aideen; as the creative one she is quick to face the challenge of an exciting new request and works in the office with a passion as if she started the company only yesterday. Miss Greenfingers: our in-house gardening expert Aideen can turn any wilting weed into a blooming begonia! Her beautiful garden is a regular lunch spot when we need some time out.
