Many large companies have located factories and plants in Rural Ireland and for you organising the plant visit can be difficult when you are not familiar with the locations.
We organise all the on the ground logistical details of bringing staff from around the world to visit the Irish plant. Our experience includes organising plant tours and factory visits for companies in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Information Technologies Industries.
These are some of the services we can provide:
Airport Services
We will be on hand to pick you and your team up from the airport and will take care of all the on the ground logistics, leaving you to concentrate on making sure your team are getting the most benefit from the factory visit. We will also get you back to the airport, safely and on time and make sure you get checked in before wishing you farewell.
Transfers
We will organise all transfers for you and your team while you are in Ireland; including Airport services, to and from the plant and dinner transfers.
Perhaps you would like to have an extra special transfer on one occasion. We can organise many different modes of transportation including luxury coach, chauffer driven car, vintage cars, etc.
Activities
Visiting a plant or factory in another location is a fantastic opportunity for teams from two different offices to meet and get to know one another. Accommodation
We will select a suitable hotel for you in close proximity to the factory.
A member of our team will be on hand at all times during your stay.
